All in the Family, Out & About Nashville’s monthly events and entertainment column, spotlights performances, productions and presentations by (inter)nationally recognized artists in our LGBTQ family. In addition to all the Pride festivities, there are a number of opportunities to experience and enjoy this month. Here are the highlights:
Alison Mosshart’s indie rock band The Kills will drop its latest record on the 3rd.
Twin sister indie/pop duo Tegan and Sara will drop their eighth studio album with love.
Country singer/songwriter Ty Herndon will play the winery on the 9th, as will Kree Harrison, Radio Romance and other special guests.
Acclaimed Americana singer/songwriter Mary Gauthier will facilitate her latest Performing Songwriter Creative Workshop.
Emmy and Golden Globe Award winner Jane Lynch will bring her comic skills and musical prowess to TPAC’s James K. Polk Theater for a night of sing-alongs and shenanigans.
Righteous Babe singer/songwriter Ani DiFranco will play two nights at the winery, along with opener Chastity Brown.
