All in the Family, Out & About Nashville’s monthly events and entertainment column, spotlights performances, productions and presentations by (inter)nationally recognized artists in our LGBTQ family.  From powerful pipes to happenin’ hooks, February’s fun is served.  Here are the highlights:

2/4 - 2/5The B-52s perform with the Nashville Symphony at the Schermerhorn Symphony Center

This extravaganza is billed as “the world’s greatest party band meets Music City’s biggest band.”

2/12Barry Manilow plays Bridgestone Arena

Manilow will bring his final big tour to Music City, a tour the beginning of which coincided with the 40th anniversary of "Mandy," Manilow’s first No. 1 hit.

2/13Meshell Ndgeocello plays City Winery

This soulful singer/songwriter will perform at the Winery, offering a stripped-down, acoustic-duo set.

2/19Alex Newell releases Power

The young, powerhouse vocalist who brought us “Unique” on Fox’s Glee will gift us with a brand new digital EP on the 19th.
